Versatile, Refined, Distinctly British-Roasted

Flavour Profile:

Smooth and layered with notes of cocoa, caramel, roasted almond, and hazelnut. Gentle spice and dried fruit round out the cup, with a creamy body and clean, balanced finish — a truly versatile brew for any time of day.

Crafted as our signature all-rounder, The Britannia Brew is designed to excel whether pulled as a rich espresso or brewed as a smooth, refined filter. This medium roast brings together carefully selected coffees from Brazil and Uganda, each chosen for their balance, sweetness, and depth.

At its foundation is a standout pulped natural lot from Brazil’s Mantiqueira Mountains, produced by smallholder members of the esteemed Cocarive Cooperative in Carmo de Minas. Grown at elevations of 1,100–1,300 MASL, the Yellow Bourbon cherries are meticulously harvested and processed with a focus on cup quality — a rising standard among farms in the region.

This Brazilian component brings a creamy body and chocolatey richness, while the Ugandan element adds structure and subtle fruit complexity. Together, they create a cup that is comforting yet vibrant — ideal for everyday refinement.
